Free Delivery

Delivery is included in the price for orders to all UK locations with the exception of the remote Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and offshore islands. Our carriers increase their charges for these destinations, and so we have to add a charge to our customers. At present, these are:

Remote Scottish Highlands: £10.00
Northern Ireland/Isle of Man/Scottish Islands/Isles of Scilly: £19.00
Rest of Ireland: £30
Other Locations: Please call or e-mail for a quote.
For all locations - Saturday morning deliveries (delivered by 12.00pm): £15

For the above special delivery charges, please complete your order online as normal. Before completing the order, you will be asked for any additional information. You should request your special delivery option at that point and you will be phoned the next day to finalise the arrangements. Alternatively, phone us on 0845 1306098 at any time to discuss delivery options.

Delivery Timescales
Currently most UK deliveries are made within 7-10 working days. Our normal service is weekday delivery (but Saturday morning deliveries are available from £15 - see above.) Under our standard delivery terms, the carrier will leave a card if you are not at home to take the rug. The card will give the local depot number and will ask you to phone to arrange a convenient re-delivery.
