Shopping with Apple Rugs

FREE DELIVERY

Delivery is included in the price for orders to all UK locations with the exception of Northern Ireland, remote Scottish Highlands, Scottish islands, and other offshore islands.

Currently most UK deliveries are made within 7 working days, and our normal service is for a weekday delivery. If you are not at home when the carrier calls, a card will be left giving the local depot number and asking you to phone to arrange a convenient re-delivery.

For remote locations our carriers increase their charges, which we have to pass on to customers. At present, these include:

Northern Ireland/Isle of Man/Scottish Islands: £22.00
Irish Republic: £30
Other Locations: Please call or e-mail for a quote.
Saturday morning deliveries (delivered by noon): £15

Please complete your order as normal online, and we will call you to collect any additional delivery payment required for remote locations. Alternatively, please call at any time to discuss delivery options.

Tracking Your Delivery

In most cases, customers will receive an e-mail when their rug is dispatched, along with a consignment number and link to the courier web-site, allowing the delivery to be tracked online.

OUR EASY RETURNS POLICY

You can simply return your rug if you don't like it or change your mind. All we ask is that you inform us by e-mail or post within 7 days of receipt, and return the rug within 14 days of receipt.

The rug must be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging or packaging of equal quality at your expense to qualify for a full refund. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used to make the purchase, or if you paid by PayPal to your PayPal account. Payments by cheque will be refunded by a cheque. Please note that rugs made to a customers' own specifications are special purchases that may not be returned after they have been made.

LOWEST PRICE PROMISE

Apple Rugs offers high quality rugs at low prices. We believe that our rugs are sold at the lowest prices on the internet. However, if you find the same rug at a lower price within 7 days of buying it from us, we will refund the difference in price. The rug must be the identical item, and available for immediate delivery from a UK VAT registered rug website.

This offer does not apply to sheepskin rugs and underlay as these lines cannot easily be compared, and we believe we offer superior products to cheaper alternatives.
