Unfortunately these locations incur higher courier charges. Current delivery charges include: Northern Ireland/Isle of Man/Scottish Islands: £22 Irish Republic: £30 Other locations: Please call for a quote Saturday delivery (before noon): £15.00. For these services please place your order as normal online. We will then call you, or you may call us, for payment of the additional delivery charge. Tracking Your Delivery In most cases, customers will receive an e-mail when their rug is dispatched, along with a consignment number and link to the courier web-site, allowing the delivery to be tracked online. Delivery Timescales Currently most UK deliveries are made within 7 working days If a rug goes out of stock we will contact you and offer a full refund or you may request that the rug goes on back order. Our normal service is weekday delivery. Saturday morning deliveries (delivered by 12.00 noon) are offered at an additional charge of £15 (please call to request this). Returns & Cancellations You have the right to cancel your order prior to dispatch. You also have the right to return your rug if you don't like it. All we ask is that you inform us by e-mail or post within 7 days of receipt, and return the rug within 14 days of receipt. The rug must be returned in completely unused condition and in the original packaging or packaging of equal quality at your expense to qualify for the refund. Custom made rugs may not be returned. Sales to business customers for business purposes may not be returned other than for faulty items. Business customers should call for further information. Goods Damaged In Transit Our rugs are made to very high standards, and we employ professional national carriers to deliver them to customers. Nevertheless, you must examine the package on arrival before signing for it. In the unlikely event that it has been damaged, do not sign for it. The courier will automatically return the consigment to us and we will arrange a replacement. You should also inform anyone accepting the delivery on your behalf of this requirement. Damage that occurs after a rug is received by a customer is not covered. |
